Since his start as Managing Partner at Signium International in August 2005, Michael Pochhammer has specialised in identifying Interim Executives for clients of the whole Signium Group.
Prior to this, he held a Senior Partner position at Heidrick & Struggles in Düsseldorf for five years, where as Practice Leader Europe he was responsible for Interim Management.
His specialist areas of experience are the fields of Industry, Consumer Goods and Pharmaceuticals. His personal career experience in these fields is the foundation of his expertise and knowledge of what is necessary to fill positions in the areas of General Management, Marketing and Sales, Materials Management, Production, and HR.
Prior to entering the consulting segment, Michael Pochhammer was Chairman of the Board of Directors at Jackstädt in Wuppertal and held various management positions at Unilever, Otis, S.C. Johnson, Nattermann/Rhone Poulenc, Johnson&Johnson and Muehlhens.
His experience also includes the founding of his own consulting company advising clients in Venture-Capital- and Start-up-businesses as well as Executive Interim Management.
In addition to his degree in Economics and Business Administration at the University of Berlin and Wuerzburg, the Signium partner has gained international experience across Europe, North America, and Asia.
