EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHYJudit kolleschDüsseldorf  | Judit Kollesch is a Consultant with Signium International in Düsseldorf, Germany. She advises clients in recruiting senior executives and middle managers for German and international clients covering all functional disciplines. Judit specializes in executive search and career counselling within the sectors of - manufacturing/processing industries - natural resources/mining, construction services, - energy/utilities/clean technologies - machinery and equipment. Furthermore, she has conducted a high number of searches for human resources executives. Due to her intercultural competence, Judit is a trusted advisor for international as well as for non-profit organizations, regardless of their size. Judit has been active for more than a decade in the executive search field. Prior to joining Signium International, Judit worked for Egon Zehnder International and then later joined Edward W. Kelley & Partners, the executive search spin-off of the leading management consultant group A.T. Kearney. Before committing to Executive Search, Judit worked for one of Cendant Corporation’s (now Avis Budget Group) subsidiary. Judit has a diverse international background, having lived and worked in Hungary, Germany, Ireland and the USA.
