Ann Frances Kelly is a native of Ireland and has worked in the German retained Executive Search market since the late eighties. She is bilingual in German and English.

She began her recruiting career with one of the global top three recruiting companies and has been with Signium International / Ward Howell since 1990, today partner in the Düsseldorf office.
She has done extensive work for multinational companies across a variety of segments and functional areas with a strong focus on industrial and consumer branded goods, healthcare and services as well as (renewable) energy.

In recent years her focus on multi-market senior Executive Search assignments (Cross Border Search) for international headquarters has grown considerably.

Prior to her Executive Search career she worked for a number of years for the IIRS (Institute for Industrial Research and Standards), Dublin, a provider of outsourced technical / commercial services to fledgling and growing businesses.

She holds an international degree in business and languages from DCU (Dublin City University), Ireland and the University of Dortmund, Germany.

Recruiting Guide

In her capacity as consultant and advisor to Enterprise Ireland (the government agency for supporting and advising Irish companies abroad) as well as their clients she authored a Recruiting Guide for foreign companies aiming to set up a presence in the German market

                        “Recruiting in Germany – getting it right first time”.
