With 40 offices in 26 countries and more than 150 consultants worldwide, we maintain a global network with international standards without sacrificing the vital local focus and autonomy of the individual partner. This unique structure fulfills the highest quality requirements in top level Executive Search.
In addition to Executive Search Consulting, we also provide specialized services in selected areas: Leadership Audits which strongly support critical decisions at top management levels and Executive Interim Management at the highest level, an area where we rank among the market leaders in Germany. In both areas, our clients profit from our exceptional competence and quality in the assessment and evaluation of industry leaders.
Our history
Signium was founded in 1951 by McKinsey Director Henry Wardwell Howell. The first office network was founded in the U.S and by the end ofthe 60ies had expanded to numerous geographies across Europe. Offices in Asia, Australia and New Zealand completed our global coverage. With the opening of the first German office in 1978 we successfully established our German presence, today compiling three offices: Duesseldorf (2) and Munich. Since 1998 we operate globally under the Signium International brand.
