The
Signium Leadership Audit is based on a scientific and empirically
based
methodology. At the onset individual management potential is assessed
by experienced senior consultants. This is followed by the evaluation
of personal characteristics and competencies according to the so
called “Best Practice Management” method. The resulting manager
or management team “big picture” includes a description of core
competencies or strengths as well as suggestions for improving
weaknesses.

Potential analysis is based on four
modules which is why we call it the “four-source-methodoloy”:

2. Third party assessment
3. Structured interviews with senior
consultants

Audit Process
Project
handling is done exclusively by senior and experienced Signium
partners.
At the onset the detailed briefing with the client sets the scene for
content and objectives, paving the way for an indepth concept
proposal as a basis for discussion.

Structured interviews with candidates
take 2-3 hours per manager, led by two individual consultants
independently of each other.
x
The
partners have a maximum of three interviews per day. The interviews
are augmented by a tried and tested self assessment tool and
diagnostic testing. The decision makers are informed of the results
by the Signium partners before individual feedback is given to the
audit participants.
