Every assignment is spearheaded by a detailed briefing to identify the specific needs of the situation. Generally we present one or more candidates aligned to the profile and advise on final selection.

We continually screen and evaluate Interim Executives from all functions and industries. The candidates in our data pool are qualified through interviews, benchmarking and reference checks.
