EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Executive Search is our business. Our founder, the former McKinsey director Henry Wardwell Howell, opened our first office in New York in 1951 and over the decades the network has grown and developed worldwide.

Today we recruit Managers at senior and top levels around the world, ever conscious that the quality of our work significantly impacts the success of the companies we consult and advise.

The backbone of our philosophy is “quality first” in our systematic and through search process, in our fine-tuned consulting service to select the final candidate and in the transparent and honest communication with our clients.

In terms of turnover volume we rank in the top five players in the German Executive Search market. This is not a product of artificial growth through headcount increase and at the cost of quality, but reflects organic growth and development, a direct product of the in-depth trust our clients place in us because of our consistent top quality in process and performance.

In this spirit we select our own partners and staff and constantly strive for individual and team quality improvement through internal and external benchmarking and training.

This is why we are market leader in terms of long-term client loyalty and business relationships.

Our flat hierarchical structure and the in-depth involvement of our partners in each and every individual assignment are also deciding factors in the process and performance quality delivered by Signium, exemplary in the German Executive Search market.
