That is why your Signium coach has extensive line and at least 10 years consulting experience at top management level in domestic and international companies. Our aim is to make good managers better. Absolute discretion is the foundation for an open dialogue with no need for secrets. Signium coaching is individual and tailormade, success is measurable.

When does Executive Coaching make sense?

Signium Executive Coaching is not a tool to put out fires; on the contrary it is an invaluable tool to proactively diffuse potential situations of conflict or confusion to generate focus and appropriate actions in typical scenarios:

Why Signium External Coaching?

Using an external coach can be highly effective as the process is free from the weight of the “historical baggage” of internal mentors. On top of this our coaches are in possession of indepth knowledge of the management development processes of other companies and have the time and resources to focus on the individual situation. Their life and management experience, composure, serenity and confidence create an atmosphere of trust and openness and have a calming effect on the most difficult situations. In addition they guarantee objectivity and independent judgment or evaluation of each and every scenario.

Process and Fees

As a rule of thumb no more than 2 sessions of max. 3 hours per month are necessary. The coach designs a tailormade program for the coachee in alignment with the specific challenge. Depending on the outcome additional sessions may be requested as demanded by ongoing developments. It is possible to book a one hour “introductory session” free of charge (out of pocket expenses only invoiced). We charge a flat fee for each three hour session (preparation, travel to/from meeting place, follow-up).
