Signium International is registered in the USA. The shareholders are the national partner organisations who - corresponding to their weight within the international group - influence the shape of the global organisation.

The company is governed by an International Board of Directors with 7 elected members from various regions of the world. The chairman is elected by the board on a periodical basis and together they define a strategy, framework and quality standards for the worldwide group.

Communication and the exchange of ideas within the network is strengthened by annual European and worldwide meetings whereby a platform is created for exchanging and transferring state of the art developments across the bounds of geographical borders.
 
Our German organisation is a partnership where each partner has equal rights and certain management duties. This structure is unique among our competitors.
