Signium International was one of the first globally operating Executive Search Consultancies.  In the early days, our Executive Search concept was considered revolutionary.  Founded in 1951 under the original label Ward Howell, the company went on to grow and develop into one of the leaders in our field.  We were responsible for the development of many of the systems and processes which have been instrumental in making the industry what it is today.  In 1999, after a global rebranding process, we became Signium International; today a global organisation serving a wide range of clients in all the relevant business markets of the world throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.
